Dear group,

maybe some of you ignore that the word Narcissus has its root in the ancient Greek word narkè , from which comes also narcotic in English (narcotico in Italian). So, it isn't such a surprise that some people find tazetta fragrance so pleasant/unpleasant. I am one that find it pleasant, but it's better to have these plants outdoor, because as for cut flowers they have a short life in vase and the perfume degenerates in warm rooms.
It could be a funny TOW to make a list of our top five favourite scented bulbous.

Happy Christmas
Angelo
