Arnold, I have just uploaded a photo of Arum italicum taken in Italy. As you can see, it looks pretty similar with the one you posted. I am not sure if actually populations from Crimea have a spathe with a different shade of cream. http://pacificbulbsociety.org/pbswiki/index.php/… Angelo
