John,

I grow many amorphs, but not A. dunnii, so I asked THE expert about it's
aroma. His response:

"... it is a carrot-fresh fruity scent, carries a long range but is of
short duration. When all too close to the appendix it becomes a bit strong
and prickly to the nose. It is caused by 1-phenylethyl acetate which makes
up for 100% of the scent."
