My real favorite are the large drifts of Oxalis pes-caprae in my neighbor's yards. Narcissus fernandii, very small, perfect little daffodils with a great fragrance and delicate grassy folliage are my own favorite. Ranunculus ficaria 'brazen hussy' is a favorite only because of the very dark leaves. I think I may have a yellow ixia around somewhere that's ok. I have some wonderful little yellow toadflax but it's not a bulb.. The yellow I don't like is my Alstromeria aurantiaca which I have been trying to eradicate for years. Liz Oakland, CA USDA zone 9
