hi all here is what I did this year with 100% sucess. I sowed the seeds in my usual 50/50 mix of grit and top soil. Planted the seeds, covered them with grit and watered them from the top with a watering can. All germinated but due to an unexpected cold snap the week before last they are now dead because I forgot to bring them in to the sunroom. Mark N Ireland
