Dear All, I am able to open this document from the url using Mozilla which is my Browser. It comes as a Word document and I'm asked if I want to open it using Word or to save the file to a disk. I would have made it into an html file which would have been smaller and no doubt easier to read, but when I tried to convert it to that, it lost the diagrams and some of the formatting and there are purple boxes without titles, etc. It looked to me like it would take a bit of time for me to try to change it to make sense and I just don't have that right now. If someone else who can open this file would like to tackle converting it to an html file please do. You could upload it to the wiki and then tell everyone so those who were unable to open it as it is can still get this information. Mary Sue
