How about this: The person seeking an item simply lists his or her e-mail address, and the person responding writes to the requester privately, offers the item, gets the requester's mailing address, and sends it. The PBS would not be involved at all in shipping seeds and bulbs. The two individuals involved could also discuss exchanges, payment for shipping, etc., between themselves. Jane McGary
