Howdy, My grandiflora has developed 3-4 leaves each. Leaves are around 11 inches long. I don't know the bulb circumference. I have these planted in foam packing crates (trays) as used for vegetables. They are in a sandy mix (washed river sand) with about 40% commercial potting mix. They have never gone dormant except one bulb. In warmer weather I water them every few days and in winter every week, so they have always been kept reasonably moist.
