You can put all your labels in an Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and download it as a database file into your P-Touch software from Brother. You can make as many labels as you ever dreamed of making in a short amount of time with whatever info you want them to contain. You can use different fonts and font sizes. The Brother 2600 is an incredible tool--just like Excel. I will stick with my zinc-plate on wire legs type of labels that I purchase from Eon Industries. I can take my database of cultivar names, do a mail merge, and print 30 to a page of Avery clear address labels that I burnish onto the zinc plates and be done before you've finished 10 Brother labels!
