Cyclamen question

Dear All,

I mentioned recently that we have had late rain in our Mediterranean
climate accompanied by cool temperatures and a lot of fog since then which
has meant that the temperatures have remained cool. Cyclamen cilicum has
decided to bloom and others that are dormant until late fall are putting
out new leaves. My usual procedure is to respond to my plants so if they
start into growth I water them. But we could get what people think of as
summer weather anytime between now and October. Would I stop watering then?
Any advice from others who have experienced this in a rogue year. This no
doubt happens in the UK? Thanks in advance.

Mary Sue
