About a week ago Jim Waddick reported the bloom of Leucojum vernum in his
zone 5 Kansas garden.

Leucojum vernum is finally blooming here in my zone 7 garden. The form
blooming here also has yellow-tipped flowers. To give an idea of where we
are in the bulb year here, early reticulate irises, mid-season crocus, and
late Galanthus are all in bloom. Narcissus Tete a Tete opened a few days
ago. It's been a cold, slow year here so far.
