Spider mites are a known pest of crocosmia. In my experience,
'Solfatare' (or whatever is usually sold under that name) suffers
worst and 'Lucifer' generally escapes serious damage.

However, the hot weather we had in late July may have encouraged the
little devils. Prophylaxis is simple: a spray of water from time to
time.
