Using Wiki pictures

I think another possibility is to tell the requestor to contact the
owner of the photos directly. I was contacted directly about some of my
photos that they found on the PBS wiki, and whether I was willing to
give them permission to use them. When I asked, they explained to me
what they wanted to use them for. I thought it was a very reasonable
request.
