Hi Jim, I think this species is now known as W. borbonica and it grows up to 2 meters and is winter growing, blooming in late spring. I don't know how tall your cultivars might be, but I'd think you'd need a tall cold frame just for the leaves. You'll have to report your results to us next spring. Mary Sue
