An online reference makes him a co-founder of Siskiyou Rare Plant >Nursery, but surely that is Boyd Kline. Yes, it's Boyd who co-founded Siskiyou RPN. Edgar Kline's nursery was in southwest Portland (or Lake Oswego -- I went there once but am not sure which jurisdiction it was in). It was called Kline Nursery. After he died, the nursery land was developed for housing, but several local growers and gardeners went there ahead of the bulldozers and rescued many plants, mostly erythroniums and cyclamen. I remember a particularly magnificent population of Cyclamen repandum there. I think some of the material was eventually propagated at Bovees' Nursery, and Jan Palmer of Bovees' may know more about it.
