Many thanks to everyone who has helped and contributed some amazing data and interesting valuable records on this topic. Hugely appreciated and has set my guddled wee Scots brain off chasing a few more ' Hares ' as a result. Writing a Monograph on Lilies and their Allies is proving rewarding for what I am learning but anything but simple and will be hopefully all the better for it on publication, whenever that fine day comes.
