Proboscidea althaeifolia (Unicorn Plant/Devils claw)

I can't speak from experience with these plants, but I would recommend
filing a notch in a couple of seeds (as you would do, for example, to get
mooonflowers to germinate).  You could then soak them overnight to see if
they swell, or you can plant them directly and hope for the best.
