Habranthus and Zephyranthes

I agree with Kelly and Cynthia- cutting the foliage will not harm them
permanently.  My Habranthus and Zephyranthes thrive on benign neglect.  If
it were me I would be more prone to cutting them back than leaving them 6
months.  Most varieties would survive the dormancy, however there might be a
couple that are pickier than others.  Still, the indoor room would be safer
than trusting a large collection to the weather.

How exciting to design in that part of the tropics!  It sounds like a very
fulfilling project.
