Labels for seed pots

HI ROBIN,
I HAVE BEEN READING THE POSTS ABOUT "POT LABELS" WITH GREAT INTEREST, AS I TOO, HAVE A NURSERY DOWN HERE IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS.
STRONG SUNLIGHT ALMOST ALL YEAR ROUND CAUSES ME PROBLEMS WITH FADING OUT OF INFO ON LABELS. I'VE TRIED THE VENETION BLIND BIT AND IT WORKS REALLY WELL, JUST TIME CONSUMING AND STILL, SOMETIMES THE PRINTING WITH THE PENCIL FADES OFF.
I TRY TO PUT THE INFO ON BOTH SIDES, TOP AND BOTTOM, WHICH IS STILL TIME CONSUMING, BUT IT HAS HELPED ME KEEP THE NAME OF WHAT IS IN THE POT AS, SOMETIMES, BOTH SIDES OF THE UPPER PART OF THE LABEL HAS BLEACHED OFF. I TRY TO PUT THE LABEL RIGHT UP AGAINST THE INNER SIDE OF THE POT, ALMOST ALL THE WAY DOWN IN IT, BETWEEN THE POT WALL AND THE SOIL, WHICH SEEMS TO HELP THE WORDING FROM FADING OUT, IF MOST OF THE LABELING STAYS SLIGHTLY UNDERNEATH THE TOP OF THE SOIL.
I JUST GOT A LABELING MACHINE, SO I'M GOING TO TRY MY HAND AT THAT, TO SEE IF THAT WILL BE AN IMPROVEMENT OR NOT.

GREAT GARDENING TO EVERYONE,
PATTY
