I am planning projects for the summer and decided I really want to grow some evergreen chives. I can pick all my herbs year round except for basil, chives and mint. Of those, chives are the ones most frequently used. I checked the wiki chives page,which shows lots of pretty flowers, but it doesn't mention whether any of them keep their leaves.
