Alliums so twisted

Many rhizomatous alliums tend to have twisting foliage, but this seedling is totally twisted. It is covered in buds, it remains to be seen if it is any good when in flower. In this photo taken back in June, you may also notice some bent-knee flower stems... an oddball to be sure.
