Fwd: Importation of Plants - Proposed rule - Request for Guidance

The proposed rules  or changes to current rules currently in place at APHIS 
are presented on the website.  APHIS is inviting comment.  I haven't seen 
anything that suggests a reason for alarm --rather-- a reason for staying on 
top of this issue and communicating rationally about it to APHIS  Trust our 
government here even if there has been little reason to do so in the recent 
republican administrations since Eisenhower.
