Question on when to share Rhodophiala bifida

My rule is -- in general -- divide or repot just before new growth 
occurs.  I think you are a little too late for this year.  I would suggest 
well after the leaves die and shortly (a couple of weeks) before you expect 
bloom

On the other hand, I don't grow many Rhodophiala, so they could require 
different timing.
