Tropaeolum brachyceras

Jim,
  The sixteenth century folk knew taste.  Tropaeolum "Nasturtium" was called "Indian Cress"  and later "Nasturtium" because its taste was similar to that of  Nasturtium "Water Cress".  We still like it in salads and sandwiches.
