Jim,

Crinum 'Mrs. James Hendry' has thrived in gardens in Greenport, New
York (Zone 7a) and Bloomfield, Missouri (Zone 6b) for the last 5
years, including last January's deep freeze, so it has respectable
cold hardiness.  I'd think the new hybrid will do as well, maybe even
better.
