Sinningia tubiflora

Can anyone advise on how to get this plant to flower? I bought it at a plant fair last summer and it produced lots of leaves, but no flowers, in a 7" diameter pot. To try and induce dormancy it has lived in a frost free greenhouse for the last 2-3 months. Now I have cut off the leggy foliage and repotted "some" of the numerous tubers, which are now reshooting.
Should I have used the older larger tubers, with few new shoots, or the white smaller tubers with new shoots? What temperature and watering regime best induces flowering?

Many thanks, Brian Whyer, Buckinghamshire, England, zone ~8
