Uli
Let me join Uli in encouraging you (and others) to visit the UC
Botanical Garden. Again, I repeat that we have one of the most diverse
plant collections in the country with 13,000 taxa and 10,000 species,
almost all wild collected (this collection far exceeds the Strybing) and
our South African bulb collection is especially impressive; in fact, a
centerpiece. Your April trip is ideally timed for the Babiana and many
others and I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
