yellow squills in Passenger to Teheran

The African flowering plants database, http://ville-ge.ch/musinfo/bd/… 
  lists many albuca but doesn't have much on range.
There is an A. fragrans, which would seem to indicate that at least  
some are fragrant (never noticed it on any from the genus that I've  
grown.
