Dracunculus vulgaris in Seattle Area

There's a clump of it by the driveway of a house across the street from me. 
Drainage only so-so, but it's in full sun and goes bone dry in summer. I 
wouldn't swear to it in a court of law, but I'm pretty sure it's been there as 
long as I've lived at this addres: 22 years and counting.

As Victoria, so Seattle, by and large.
