I my neighborhood, we have those who can grow these just fine outside, and those that cannot. You can guess where I stand. So I have a bulb in a 2 gallon pot with potting soil sitting in my garage, its been there a month or so, and I needing to give it any care until it sprouts in the spring, or should I give it the little water I usually give dormant plants.
