I have a Dracunculus vulgaris for years, planted against the house (
The Netherlands 10 miles from sea winter occasionally about -10C). It
flowers every year but never sets seed. However, this year I noted a
bunch of beetles coming out the flower and yes I have now a lot of
berries, very similar to Arum seeds. The peculiar thing is that a second
flower, flowering three days later did not get beetles or seed.
