Lee, would those temperatures be combined with humidity?  It is the 
humidity which is the problem.  Not the temperatures in themselves.

And it is too early in the season for these temperatures, so summer 
could be a problem.

It is also the humidity which makes it impossible to grow quite a few 
things here.
