Well I suggest that to knobble the Facebook site to prevent it being abused in the name of the PBS and Preventing it being a forum it'sself would be a good start, to set its privacy settings to prevent it being interactive for now, and to fill it with links to the PBS, would be a good start. The administrator might then put, for example a list bulbous families, with representative pictures of the genus in those families, on a read only basis, to entice any potential PBS members. Much like the list of Frits on the Fritilaria group, or the crocus group pages list of crocus.
