Correction: Can't send *some* Homerias

Or it may still be *all* Homerias in some states.

I just Googled Homeria which led me to the USDA site which had a list of
states that hate Homerias (or Cape Tulips) in degrees ranging from Class
A Noxious Weed to Quarantine to *PROHIBITED*.

Amazingly, my own Massachusetts is one of the states that prohibits
them. Even colder Vermont considers them to be noxious weeds. And--get
this--Minnesota also prohibits them.

Was this a rationally studied classification, or a 'me too' listing by a
bureaucrat who saw that California didn't like them. Where in New
England could they ever be a problem? All I can think of is Cape Cod or
the islands (Nantucket, Marthas Vineyard). Or under deep, deep snow in
Vermont.

Perhaps I should get rid of my greenhouse.
