Okay, I just have to rave... Sarracenia flowers are completely awesome!
Their structure is unlike anything else I've seen before.  And I am amazed
at how well adapted they are for keeping pollen safe from the rain.  My
first flowers opened about 3 days ago but it's been so cold & wet the
anthers haven't released pollen.
