Dear All,

The items listed below have been donated by our members to be shared.

specify quantities. It is a good idea to include your snail mail address,
too, in case I don't already have it. Availability is based on a first come,
first served system. When you receive your seeds/bulbs you will find,
included with them, a statement of how much money (usually $2.00/share of
seeds or $3 -$5/ share of bulbs)(cash, check, or Pay Pal to
<Arnold140@verizon.net>; no money orders, please) you should send the PBS
treasurer to defray our costs for packing and first-class, priority-mail, or
international postage.

PLEASE NOTE: CURRENT POSTAL-RATE SCHEMES NECESSITATE OUR PLACING A SURCHARGE
ON EACH ORDER FROM PBS BX OFFERINGS.

From Dennis Kramb:

1. Seeds of Hippeastrum parodii 'Germa' (pod parent) x H. 'Santa Rosa'
(pollen parent).  Germa has tubular yellow flowers.  Santa Rosa has unusual
white & red flowers with reddish stems and dark red ovaries (when a pod
parent).  Both are easily Google-able for pics, but here's some quick links:

18. Bulbs of Haemanthus humilis, fairly light pink flowers and was
collected near Rhodes on the Eastern Cape (from Cameron McMaster).  The
Rhodes type is from a fairly cold area and goes completely dormant sooner in
the season than the deeper pink one, for what it\'s worth.

19. Bulbs of Haemanthus humilis from Dawie Human (Lifestyle Seeds), has a
lovely rich pink flower, and is also the most vigorous grower of the various
H. humilis I have or have killed.

From Monica Swartz:

BULBS:

20. Lachenalia mutabilis, ex BX 181The form I sent you is most like the
first photo on the wiki with startlingly electric blue tops to the flower
stalks.

21. Lachenalia carnosa seed ex Tom Glavich Different from the photos on the
wiki, this big Lachenalia has two bluish grooved leaves edged in red. The
flower stalk is very meaty, as thick as a finger.

22. Lachenalia namaquensis seed ex Telos Rare Bulbs

23. Ferraria crispa Dark form seed ex Telos Rare Bulbs

Thank you, Dennis, Colin, Mary Sue, Ellen, and Monica !!

Best wishes,
Dell
