Be aware that importing bulbs from the northern hemisphere  requires a  very 
well planned conversion of seasonal cycle.  In any case one will probablely 
loose a part  of the bulbs. 
Here is a little' extract from the reaction of my client in Tasmania a year 
"Goodness me is it 9 years?.  The corms you sent acclimatised quickly.  the 
first season yielded many small corms and no flowers (no great surprise as 
they were planted here at the beginning of our summer and it was a hot dry, 
one), but by season 2 they were becoming quite large and in season 3 they 
flowered as normal in autumn"
