Managing your list subscription, was test

I did not wait the three to six hours that you say is needed. So, I'll try
it again.

I woul be very glad of any improvement over the quantity of one-liners that
have been popping up recently, one-liners, that is, if all of the anciliary
verbiage had been removed.

So does the new one, but the new one downloads all text in UTF-8
(Unicode) so Jim McKenney's glyphs are preserved.

Regarding Andrew's test. The new archive updates every three hours. The
pages have a browser cache lifetime of three hours. You'll see an update in
three hours at best, nearly six at worst. Hitting F5, refresh can help.

If there's any enthusiasm for it I can make the archive update more

I welcome suggestions for the new archive (probably best by private email).
