Happy Thanksgiving and What's Blooming

It is Thanksgiving Day in the USA, and I want to wish everyone celebrating
it a very happy day!

One straggler of Cyrtanthus montanus is still in bloom, far past its normal
time. The last Haemanthus albiflos is still in bloom in the greenhouse,
and the first flower buds of the season have appeared on one pot of
Haemanthus pauculifolius.

Buds continue to appear on the Lachenalia. L. rubida rubra bulbs are in
bloom, and L. viridiflora are coming into bloom now as well.

The Massonia echinata, depressa, and pustulata are in bud or in bloom in
the greenhouse. In our climate, in the greenhouse, their leaves usually do
not ever recline to lie prostrate on the substrate surface. I think the
light levels are just too weak here in central Indiana.

That's all that's new for the moment.
