                  Black is the best heat trapping color. Inside a greenhouse
in a cool/cold climate this will mean a lot of heat retained that would
speed up growth.

                  Likewise white pots are a lot cooler than black, green,
etc. ones, particularly the side that does not receive direct sunshine. I
use both black and white containers depemding on the temperature needs of
the plants. Of course this is more evident as pots increase in size.
