Pacific Horticulture is well well worth the price of the subscription. It is the gardeners' gardening magazine, not a fluffy, gee whiz publication.

The title is 'An introduction to the geography, climate and flora of Chile,' by Kathy Musial. On the website, http://www.pacifichorticulture.org/, you can go to the current issue for extra content, references, etc. For the full article, one must subscribe to get a print copy.
