Hi Andrew, I think this is the same plant I mentioned that I got from Silverhill as P. sp. Clanwilliam. Mine just started flowering also and the foliage is lush and not unlike a small Limonium or Rumex. It seems so distinct but I thought you had mentioned there was a small complex of related species.
