>   I have heard from a friend that no info was given in the catalogue, but I am hoping to get the collection info, if any, direct from the source. I doubt it occurs in SW China. Chadwell has collected seed of this in 2010 and 2011 and distributed it as P. geminiflorum through SHPA (no affiliation, but he offers some good stuff on occasion). So, I know the plant in question occurs in Kashmir and NW India. Not sure if it is in Nepal, but I would not doubt its presence in Pakistan and western-most China. The main problem is no type specimen matches this plant!
