It has gone under the name Haylockia pusilla and at one time years ago there were several that had it. Sad to say I lost mine several years ago. Reluctant  to bloom and bloomed before foliage early spring close to top of ground.

Weren't there just recently discussions on this genus a couple weeks ago?  It 
was mentioned all Haylockia have been transferred to Zephyranthes some time ago.  
Perhaps searching for Z Americana  would get better results.. though I've never 
heard it mentioned before.
