The leaves look like mosaic virus to me.Quite often mosaic will only manifest its self when the plant is stressed,such as without fertilizer. The only way I know to be sure, is to have it tested,which costs about sixty to seventy dollars in the US.

Hi. I have a crinum zeylanicum which is potted in almost pure sand and it has not been fertilized in about 6 months. I'm not sure if the leaves are showing virus symptoms or nutrient deficiency. Can you guys please have a look at the pics attached to the following link and see what you think? There are 12 pics of the crinum in question.
