Kew does not list Freesia lactea even as a synonym:…

IPNI lists it as an invalid name:

Freesia lactea Fenzl ex Klatt -- Consp. Fl. Afr. [T.A. Durand & H. Schinz] 
5: 188. 1893 ; nom. inval.

It sounds like you have some nameless florists' hybrids.  They sound nice
