The other night I discovered another copy mixed in with some other ephemera, so I got right to work. I regard this as an important (but largely unknown) work. It's somewhat dated (it was published about 80 years ago and based on long experience going back a century) , but it should help newbies in the bulb hobby make the important transition from being consumers to being producers so-to-speak.
