Hi John,
I will speak to the local  contract crop sprayer (he also runs the grain
elevator down the road)  They may have to spray for wheat rusts in late
March to mid April. A TrueValue hardware store one town over is going to
stock the Bonide rose drench this spring. I have been trying trying to
clean up some Hymenocallis eucharidifolia for years.
