Plant import perspective

This is true; although you don't have to list every possible port or country of origin. I always put in enough countries of origin scattered all over the world (for both the seed and the plant import permits) that they always send me permits allowing entry at every one of the 16 stations. (I can't remember exactly, but I think I always list: England, France, South Africa, Japan, Australia, Brazil, Chile.)
