Phaedranassa tunguraguae - leaf issues

This resembles damage i've seen caused by foliar thrips on my Phragmipedium
seedlings.  But the cultprits were readily visible on my plants, whereas I
see no signs of them on your plants.  I'm guessing you have something
else.  :-/
